What is Camera-Ready Artwork?
Camera-Ready artwork is artwork that can be used for production without further touch up, preparation or changes. All artwork should be color separated and registered to size. It typically comes as a Vector File Format which can be scaled or manipulated easily without losing quality.



How should I submit artwork?
Artwork should be submited via e-mail to graphics@nxggolf.com or art@nxggolf.com. If it cannot be submitted via e-mail then please mail a CD or DVD to our mailing address listed under Contacts.



What type of artwork format is accepted?
Vector artwork formats are accepted, they include .eps, .ai or .pdf. Also, if you have a embroidery format then .dst is accepted but must be sized correctly for embroidery. All artwork must be a Vector File Format, simply saving the file as a .eps will not be sufficient.



What is an .eps file?
An .eps file is a Encapsulated PostScript which is a vector based graphics file and can be opened and easily edited for type, color, etc. in Adobe Illustrator or PC vector based programs like Corel Draw. They can be CMYK color, or flat pantone color based.



What artwork software programs does NX-G Golf use?
NX-G Golf uses Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Acrobat Proffessional 8.



How does NX-G Golf send artwork proofs?
NX-G Golf sends artwork proofs via e-mail unless asked otherwise. We can also send proofs via fax or mail if requested.



Can NX-G Golf match PMS colours when printing on products?
NX-G Golf does not guarantee that it can match all fabrics 100% to a PMS colour but will do its best to be as accurate as possible.

Can NX-G Golf products be repaired?
Typically NX-G Golf products can be repaired and we reserve the right to repair a warrantied item before replacing it.



Who is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send an item needing repair to NX-G Golf?
NX-G Golf's policy is for the customer to pay the shipping costs back to your nearest NX-G Golf Warehouse. NX-G will then pay the shipping costs to return the repaired or warrantied item to you.

What is standard Production Time?
NX-G Golf's standard production time for custom items is 8-10 weeks using ocean shipping or 6-7 weeks using air shipping. As these items are made overseas NX-G Golf is not responsible if a shipment is delayed due to customs or other scenarious that NX-G cannot control.
